Elderflower Organic Farm

For many years now we have been growing sprouts, shoots and grasses.  We sell them at our booth at the Charlottetown Farmer’s Market, at the Summerside Farmer’s Market at  Crystal green farms booth, and seasonally with www.organicveggiedelivery.com.  We supply wheatgrass to the Juice Zone in the Charlottetown mall.  We also grow flats of wheatgrass for home use, and a mix of grass especially formulated for cats.  All our seeds are certified organic.  Our sprout supply varies from time to time but here is a list of what we usually have on hand:
